The partnership aims to expand program services to an additional 2,000 disabled veterans in 2018.

We are proud to announce that The Jordan Spieth Family Foundation has partnered with Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing (PHWFF) to aide in the physical and emotional rehabilitation of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans through fly fishing and associated activities including education and outings.

“We’re excited that the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation can support Project Healing Waters Fly Fishing and the work it does to provide camaraderie, learning, healing, and growth to disabled military personnel and veterans.” says Jordan Spieth

Support for military families is one of four mission pillars of the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation’s work.  By partnering with PHWFF, the Foundation will fund expanding PHWFF services to more disabled veterans around the country.   PHWFF provides a life-changing program fostering a community where individuals with similar experiences and disabilities can build lifelong friendships and mentorships while participating in therapeutic recreational activities on an ongoing basis.

“We are proud to partner with the Jordan Spieth Family Foundation, says PHWFF President and CEO Todd Desgrosseilliers.  Their support will enable us to continue expanding our program services to the Nation’s wounded, ill, and injured active duty military and disabled veterans at Military Medical Facilities, Military Transition Units, and Veterans Affairs Medical Centers nationwide.”

In 2017 alone, PHWFF served over 8,400 disabled veterans nationwide with the help of over 3,400 volunteers.  PHWFF brings its high-quality, full-spectrum fly fishing program to an ever-expanding number of disabled active military service personnel and disabled veterans.  More than just fishing trips, PHWFF provides over 200 programs nationwide for participants to go to on a regular basis to learn how to tie flies, build fly rods, cast, and learn about the sport of fly fishing.

Thanks to the generosity and partnership of The Jordan Spieth Family Foundation, PHWFF will continue to expand its services in 2018 to those who have served our country and sacrificed so much.
